If you custom order an item, we will let you know about how long it will take in your confirmation email. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know. Generally, out of stock items will ship within 2-6 weeks, depending on the item. If it will take longer, we offer the opportunity for a refund, credit, or a similar product.
